Description

  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across global client organizations as the primary strategic contact.
  • Develop and execute global account plans aligned to client goals and Elite’s offerings.
  • Drive expansion, renewals, and cloud migrations across strategic accounts.
  • Identify new business opportunities, manage complex deal cycles, and deliver high-value proposals to senior stakeholders.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of Elite’s product portfolio, client industries, and emerging technologies to position solutions effectively.
  • Partner with marketing, customer success, product, and solution consulting teams to deliver tailored client solutions.
  • Use CRM and analytics tools such as Salesforce to track performance, forecast revenue, and analyze trends.
  • Represent Elite at client sites, industry events, and executive meetings to support partnerships and business objectives.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned to support department and company goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 9–12 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management.
  • Experience managing high-value, strategic accounts.
  • Proven success managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios.
  • Experience achieving or exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strong analytical skills, including experience in ROI modeling and quantitative techniques.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM and analytics tools, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% as business needs require.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United Kingdom; no sponsorship is provided.
  • Ability to meet the role’s moderate physical demands, including frequent lifting, bending, or standing.
