Description

  • Serve as the primary global executive liaison for the client and maintain trusted alignment between client priorities and Elite’s solutions.
  • Own the global account plan, including revenue growth, retention, renewals, and cloud migration strategy.
  • Drive year-over-year expansion by identifying new opportunities across business units and geographies.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, and Professional Services to deliver cohesive outcomes for the client.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations and renewal cycles to secure long-term agreements.
  • Maintain deep understanding of the client’s business model, transformation goals, and technology landscape to anticipate needs and shape solution roadmaps.
  • Use Salesforce and other CRM/analytics data to forecast revenue, track health metrics, and support strategic decisions.
  • Represent Elite at client sites and executive forums and reinforce partnership value at the C-suite level.
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support departmental and company objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 9–12 years of proven success in SaaS sales and account management focused on high-value strategic accounts.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in ROI modeling and quantitative analysis.
  • Experience managing multi-million-dollar global client portfolios and meeting or exceeding revenue targets in B2B technology, SaaS, or professional services.
  • Demonstrated ability to build trusted C-suite relationships and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate business needs into technology-enabled solutions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience using CRM and analytics tools, with Salesforce preferred.
  • Ability to travel more than 50% as business needs require.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; Elite does not provide employment sponsorship.
  • Role requires moderate physical capacity, including frequent lifting, bending, or standing for 20–50 lbs.
