Description

  • Own and manage a portfolio of 4–6 consumer services accounts focused on lead generation and revenue growth.
  • Run quarterly Power Circuit reviews to diagnose growth constraints across business, audience, product, messaging, channels, and measurement.
  • Work with client sales or operations teams to define what constitutes a high-quality lead and translate that into targeting and creative strategy.
  • Own senior client relationships and lead QBRs centered on acquisition, lead quality, and profitability metrics.
  • Coordinate paid search, paid social, SEO, local, and creative teams around a unified account strategy.
  • Consult on geographic expansion and local market prioritization for clients looking to scale into new markets.
  • Manage retention, renewals, and account expansion to grow monthly recurring revenue.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across client stakeholders to reduce account risk.
  • Ensure consistent use of proprietary tools and diagnostic systems, including Iris, nova, Pulse, and Power Circuit.
  • Coach analysts and specialists and provide direct, actionable feedback.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in lead generation or consumer services marketing, in an agency or in-house setting.
  • Advanced spoken and written English proficiency required.
  • Strong understanding of lead funnel economics, including CPL, lead-to-opportunity rate, cost per acquisition, and LTV by lead source.
  • Experience working with clients that have sales teams and aligning marketing strategy to what those teams can actually close.
  • Comfort with paid search-heavy media mixes and local campaign structures.
  • Familiarity with local SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB), and review strategy.
  • Experience distinguishing lead volume from lead quality and shifting client focus toward quality-driven performance metrics.
  • Track record of retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Ability to use AI technologies and proprietary marketing tools and platforms such as Nova, Iris, and Pulse.
  • Power Circuit Certification required annually.
