Description

  • Directly manage three Regional Vice Presidents and develop them into stronger leaders.
  • Set performance standards and build a coaching culture across the organization.
  • Oversee strategic customer relationships to drive retention, renewals, and upsell opportunities.
  • Create and execute account plans aligned with company growth objectives.
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and manage pipeline performance.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, customer success, legal, support, and engineering on account execution.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships across functions such as CIO, CTO, and CMO.
  • Develop and implement enablement programs to improve team performance and growth outcomes.
  • Use AI tools in daily leadership workflows for account intelligence, pipeline analysis, communication, enablement, and planning.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales or account management leadership experience.
  • Meaningful second-line leadership experience managing RVPs or equivalent senior leaders.
  • Demonstrated success owning and growing a large revenue organization, with $100M+ preferred.
  • Full accountability for retention, expansion, and forecast accuracy.
  • Track record of developing high-performing leaders and managers.
  • Deep experience with complex enterprise account management, including multi-stakeholder relationships and seven-figure renewal/expansion cycles.
  • Fluency with AI tools in a professional context and the ability to model AI adoption for teams.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to engage at the CXO level internally and externally.
  • Analytical rigor and ability to use data for territory strategy, account prioritization, and performance decisions.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen.
  • Ability to leverage data to make go-to-market decisions and segment territories effectively.
