Description

  • Proactively identify, target, and recruit new high-value players across the assigned region.
  • Build a regional VIP pipeline from scratch through direct outreach, referrals, local events, and community presence.
  • Develop relationships with introducers, affiliates, and existing players to generate warm referrals.
  • Manage a dedicated book of high-value players through personalized outreach via SMS, phone, and email.
  • Oversee bonuses and reinvestment decisions for assigned players while protecting margins.
  • Partner with the Head of Retention to refine the VIP lifecycle from onboarding through long-term loyalty.
  • Analyze player activity, theoretical win, and actual play behavior to guide bonus strategy and reactivation efforts.
  • Collect and translate player feedback on UX/UI and competitor offerings for Retention and Product teams.
  • Monitor player activity for drops or behavioral shifts and execute proactive reactivation strategies.
  • Own regional KPIs for VIP acquisition, active players, NGR contribution, and market share while ensuring compliance with regulations and responsible gaming policies.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of relevant experience in online gaming, casino hosting, VIP account management, or player development.
  • Proven track record of outbound prospecting and closing high-net-worth relationships.
  • Strong regional knowledge and connections within the Southeast market.
  • Ability to assess bonus spend and understand reinvestment rate calculations.
  • High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Comfort reading player reports, CRM dashboards, and profitability data.
  • Ability to work remotely, independently, and with minimal day-to-day oversight.
  • Genuine passion for casino games and sports betting.
  • Existing book of high-value iGaming or casino players is preferred.
  • Experience in a regional sportsbook, online casino, or land-based casino marketing role is preferred.
