Description

  • Own partner onboarding from pre-scope through go-live to launch partners successfully on the platform.
  • Manage a 50/50 split between project management and ongoing account management.
  • Build long-term partner relationships through regular contact and quarterly business reviews.
  • Help partners realize the full value of Fresha to support monetization and retention.
  • Maintain a consistent outreach strategy to reduce churn and keep partners engaged after onboarding.
  • Work cross-functionally with commercial, marketing, and product teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to go-live and beyond.
  • Manage a smaller portfolio of partners with a high-touch customer success approach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Implementation, or Customer Success.
  • Heavy emphasis on onboarding and project management experience.
  • Professional proficiency in French, written and spoken, is highly preferred but not required.
  • Proven ability to manage pre-scopes, timelines, and technical configurations.
  • Strong customer success mindset focused on helping partners solve problems and succeed.
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple moving pieces during go-live.
  • Experience working in a high-volume SaaS environment.
  • Experience driving commercial outcomes and retention across an SMB book of business is a plus.
  • Experience with multi-selling, or selling multiple products at the same time, is an added bonus.
  • Experience using a CRM, specifically HubSpot, is an added bonus.
