Description

  • Prepare and distribute weekly sales reports with insights and commentary.
  • Conduct retail sales, consumer, and category reporting and analysis, including tracking new item launches and planogram performance.
  • Support ROI analysis on new programs and distribution opportunities.
  • Leverage category insights to inform assortment decisions in partnership with space planning.
  • Assist with in-store merchandising programs from concept through execution.
  • Support item maintenance for retailer item setups and complete listing forms.
  • Monitor and report on competitive brand launches and retail events.
  • Provide general administrative support, including sending samples and ensuring customer requests for information are addressed in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to support business needs and execution.
  • Help establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Available for the full internship period: June 1 – August 28.
  • Must be a rising junior or senior during the internship.
  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
  • Demonstrated interest in CPG, preferably within the beauty industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast learner who can think quickly, adapt, and follow through with initiative.
  • Passion for beauty and consumer trends; comfortable collaborating across teams.

Benefits

  • $20.00 per hour compensation.
  • Remote role with collaboration across the Canadian Sales team (ideal candidate based in the Greater Toronto Area).
