Description

  • Accept and book customer orders, verifying that all required documents are complete and accurate before booking.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales operations order execution process for assigned accounts.
  • Schedule and facilitate recurring cross-functional meetings to review order status and escalate issues for resolution.
  • Coordinate with warehouse leadership to ensure items are received, picked, packaged, and shipped on time.
  • Work with manufacturing leadership to confirm orders are completed within promised customer deadlines.
  • Partner with supply chain leadership to validate ETAs for open orders and ensure parts are ordered to fulfill booked orders.
  • Collaborate with product engineering to resolve engineering change request orders and ensure accurate communication between teams and customers.
  • Update sales orders after customer feedback and maintain customer profile data in the ERP system for accuracy.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities in customer order workflows and help customers reduce future order submission errors.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Customer Service Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a high-volume, fast-paced sales environment.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales operations specialist role.
  • Experience with an IT-related or IT manufacturing-related business is preferred.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with external clients and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and analyze client needs and connect them to company offerings.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure.
