Description

  • Develop standard reports and dashboards for sales activities, pipeline, bookings, commissions, and forecasting.
  • Maintain KPI tracking for sales productivity and quota attainment and support annual revenue and territory planning.
  • Support quarterly business review processes with analytics, logistics, and presentations.
  • Analyze pipeline performance, customer behavior, and revenue trends to translate insights into GTM actions.
  • Evaluate, implement, and optimize GTM tools and automation platforms to improve pipeline generation and efficiency.
  • Build scalable data models and maintain strong data integration and governance across CRM, marketing automation, and enrichment tools.
  • Drive experimentation and A/B testing across outbound, inbound, and ABM motions to improve conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
  • Own Salesforce administration, including configuration changes, data hygiene, reporting, training, troubleshooting, and documentation.
  • Support sales systems and deal desk operations, including quoting, discounting, contract review, RFP responses, order booking, and repository management.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align funnel analytics, lead management, revenue planning, budgeting, and process improvements.

Requirements

  • 10 to 13 years of experience improving sales processes, sales tools, reporting, metrics, and policies.
  • 3+ years of experience configuring, implementing, and administering Salesforce.
  • Solid working knowledge of deal desk operations, including contract review, quoting, proposal generation, and sales order processing.
  • Experience applying data science or advanced analytics techniques within Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM tooling, including platforms like Clay or similar enrichment and automation tools.
  • Strong understanding of the GTM tech stack, including CRM, marketing automation, data enrichment, sales engagement, and analytics tools.
  • Comfort working with large data sets and high proficiency with Excel.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to drive continuous improvement.
  • BA/BS required, with hands-on experience in a high-growth software startup environment preferred.
