Description

  • Build and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business and client needs.
  • Anticipate hiring demand and maintain strong talent pipelines.
  • Improve sourcing channels and hiring efficiency using tools, automation, and data.
  • Serve as the primary client contact for hiring updates, needs, and candidate delivery.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client’s business, culture, and talent profile.
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of recruiters to meet goals and grow professionally.
  • Set team targets, align priorities, and maintain accountability across the recruiting team.
  • Oversee the full hiring process from role intake through onboarding.
  • Ensure candidate quality remains high across sourcing, interviews, and offers.
  • Track hiring metrics, share performance insights, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Ensure recruiting practices comply with labor laws, data privacy rules, and ethical standards.
  • Strengthen employer branding and talent pipelines through LinkedIn, job ads, and conversion-focused outreach.

Requirements

  • Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or staffing; agency experience is a strong plus.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a recruitment team.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations.
  • Data-driven mindset and comfort working with recruitment metrics.
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools such as Workable, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
  • Ability to work proactively and independently with minimal direction.
  • Strong personal and professional integrity, trustworthiness, and values.
  • Ability to foster a healthy, positive, and collaborative team environment.
  • Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment.
