Description

  • Drive financial forecasting for talent acquisition spend based on hiring demand, market trends, and critical initiatives.
  • Develop and refine budget methodologies to accurately forecast and manage TA expenditures.
  • Lead the creation and maintenance of detailed budget breakouts across TA sub-teams.
  • Collaborate with TA leadership and Finance to align budget plans with company priorities and operational realities.
  • Conduct invoice and expenditure audits to ensure accuracy, compliance, and contract adherence.
  • Analyze actual spend versus budget, identify variances and root causes, and surface insights to senior leadership.
  • Implement and improve processes for tracking, reporting, and managing TA financial data.
  • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities through vendor rationalization, negotiation, and license or subscription reallocation.
  • Manage relationships with key TA vendors, including performance monitoring and contract compliance.
  • Develop and present financial reports, forecasts, and ROI narratives for TA leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 5-8+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, spend management, procurement, or a dedicated HR/TA finance role.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and data modeling skills with the ability to translate complex data into executive-ready insights.
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and driving cost savings and efficiency initiatives.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling.
  • Experience with large-scale ERP or financial management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership.
  • Strong negotiation, influencing, and collaboration skills across TA, Finance, Procurement, and Legal.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities.
  • Master's degree, such as an MBA or Finance, is preferred.
  • Experience within Talent Acquisition or HR Operations finance is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth technology company or similarly complex environment is preferred.
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with recruitment technology vendors and related contract structures is preferred.
  • Experience with spend management or procurement platforms is preferred.
