Description

  • Lead and inspire a technical recruiting team by setting productivity metrics, goals, and operating standards.
  • Partner with senior technical executives to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies aligned to the technical roadmap.
  • Design and optimize end-to-end technical recruiting processes from sourcing through assessment.
  • Develop creative sourcing strategies across GitHub, Covey, JuiceboxAI, LinkedIn Recruiter, and technical communities.
  • Build programs and hiring practices that advance equity, diversity, and inclusion in technical recruiting.
  • Collaborate with EMEA talent acquisition partners to execute global technical hiring strategies.
  • Ensure candidates receive transparent, engaging, and high-quality communication and technical assessment experiences.
  • Train and mentor recruiters on technical sourcing, engineering assessment frameworks, and recruiting technologies.
  • Use data and insights to improve funnel health, recruiting effectiveness, and scalability.
  • Drive best-in-class use of recruiting tools such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Guide, BrightHire, and AI-enabled workflows.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of talent acquisition leadership experience at scale, with significant focus on technical recruiting for engineering, product, and data roles.
  • 5+ years of direct people management experience, preferably leading high-growth technical recruiting teams in fast-paced, agile environments.
  • Strong understanding of technical talent markets and engineering assessment practices, including coding interviews, take-home assignments, and system design evaluations.
  • Proven ability to build trusted partnerships with technical executives and hiring managers and influence at the executive level.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for representing the company to senior leaders and candidates.
  • Deep data-driven approach to evaluating recruiting health, sourcing strategies, and EDI initiatives.
  • Strong focus on operational excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a candidate- and customer-first mindset.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with technical platforms and communities such as GitHub, Stack Overflow, and HackerRank is a strong plus.
  • Experience experimenting with AI tools or workflows is expected, with interest in learning and applying AI responsibly.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $188,000 to $282,000 USD.
  • Eligibility for the company’s annual cash bonus plan.
