Description

  • Act as the first point of contact for inbound enquiries via phone and email.
  • Respond to straightforward queries and route more complex requests to the appropriate teams.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in HubSpot CRM.
  • Support the Sales team with administrative tasks, including updating deals, preparing materials, and coordinating school visits.
  • Ensure data accuracy across systems to support reporting, forecasting, and customer experience.
  • Assist with renewal workflows by updating records, sending reminders, and preparing documentation.
  • Conduct outbound operational calls such as confirming event attendance, gathering onboarding information, and scheduling appointments.
  • Support Marketing with customer event communications, including reminders and confirmations.
  • Provide general administrative support to Customer Success and the wider Revenue team.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth handoffs and efficient processes.

Requirements

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems or similar administrative tools.
  • HubSpot experience is a bonus.
  • Comfort communicating with customers over phone and email.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in administration, customer support, or coordination roles.
  • Familiarity with the education sector or school environments is desirable.
