Description

  • Own and grow a portfolio of top SMB restaurant partners regionally while meeting or exceeding revenue and retention targets.
  • Lead strategic quarterly business reviews and turn performance data into insights, growth opportunities, and action plans.
  • Proactively identify churn risks and drive adoption of DoorDash products and solutions to improve merchant performance.
  • Use data and AI tools to diagnose operational inefficiencies, test improvements, and optimize outcomes over time.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Sales to represent merchant needs and improve the platform experience.
  • Influence senior and C-suite stakeholders through data-driven storytelling and strong objection handling.
  • Mentor junior Strategic Partner Managers and contribute to broader team initiatives.
  • Navigate complex business challenges with a high degree of autonomy and ownership.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, post-sales, customer success, or a related client-facing role.
  • Experience managing a book of business with higher-complexity SMB or enterprise clients.
  • Strong track record of driving revenue growth and retention.
  • Experience creating data-driven recommendations and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
  • Ability to operate with a strong bias for action and ownership.
  • Experience using AI as part of an account management workflow to prioritize opportunities, personalize recommendations, and validate insights.
  • Knowledge of Google Suite, including Google Slides and Google Sheets.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Outreach, Sales Navigator, and Google Apps.
  • Spanish fluency is a plus.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $97,920 to $144,000 USD.
  • Total on-target earnings of $122,400 to $180,000 USD, including base and commissions.
