Description

  • Develop and implement the annual OEM sales and business plan in line with the regional operating strategy.
  • Achieve and exceed defined revenue and performance targets.
  • Build and manage strategic relationships with OEM decision-makers and key stakeholders.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and coordinate OEM agreements across internal teams.
  • Identify market opportunities and define target customer strategies with Sales Leadership.
  • Monitor pipeline performance and provide accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction across the full customer lifecycle.
  • Represent the company at relevant OEM and industry events.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in B2B technology solution sales.
  • Proven track record of selling complex, value-based solutions with measurable ROI.
  • Experience in the automotive and/or OEM landscape is preferred.
  • Strong commercial, financial, and analytical capabilities.
  • Ability to operate effectively in matrix and cross-border environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, such as Salesforce.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution capability.
  • Results-oriented, accountable, and persistent approach.
  • Confident decision-maker comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
  • Resilient, composed, and professional under pressure.
  • No academic qualifications required; selection is based on experience and potential.
