Description

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and serve as the primary point of contact.
  • Understand client needs, provide support, and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase sales, renewals, and retention.
  • Identify upsell opportunities, negotiate contracts, and expand revenue within assigned accounts.
  • Uncover potential customer dissatisfaction early and proactively address concerns.
  • Overcome objections by reinforcing product value through customer analytics and value selling.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Care to meet client needs and improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a client advocate by communicating feedback and concerns to internal teams for prompt resolution and product improvements.
  • Provide product demonstrations, training sessions, and support to help clients use products effectively.
  • Track and achieve KPIs related to contact rate, upsell, renewal, and retention.
  • Follow SOPs and maintain accurate account interactions in CRM systems and other tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or equivalent education and work experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Proficiency with standard desktop applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to quickly learn and apply SaaS products.
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry, or the ability to learn it quickly.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High personal integrity with strong ownership of outcomes.
  • Strong relationship-building, collaboration, organization, problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and professional presentation skills.
  • Ability to coach customers on best practices and identify pain points and solutions.
  • An empathetic, small-business growth mindset with the ability to identify meaningful customer opportunities.
  • Preferred: experience working in a SaaS-based environment.
  • Preferred: previous CRM or order management experience.
  • Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zones of the United States.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for face-to-face meetings with accounts.

  • Salary range of $60,000-$70,000 plus uncapped variable incentive.
