Description

  • Make high-volume cold calls into the US market on behalf of Division 50 clients across multiple industries.
  • Learn each client's product, ideal customer profile, pitch, and objection patterns quickly.
  • Open calls with prospects who brush off the call and turn conversations into qualified meetings.
  • Qualify prospects against each client's criteria before booking meetings.
  • Log every dial, conversation, and booked meeting accurately in the CRM.
  • Follow up on warm inbound leads for clients when applicable and book qualified meetings.
  • Hit daily dial targets and weekly meeting-booked targets consistently.
  • Maintain performance when ramping onto new products, industries, or client accounts.

Requirements

  • Proven cold-calling experience dialing into the US market.
  • Track record of booking qualified B2B meetings from cold calls, with measurable activity and results.
  • Ability to ramp quickly on a new product or industry and sound credible after a short briefing.
  • Comfort handling early brush-offs and keeping the conversation alive.
  • Clear, confident spoken English and a natural phone manner for US prospects.
  • Strong discipline with CRM hygiene and daily activity targets.
  • Comfortable with a smaller base salary plus high uncapped commission tied to booked meetings.
  • Experience qualifying warm inbound leads is a plus.
  • Experience in an agency, BPO, or outsourced-SDR environment handling multiple client accounts is preferred.
  • Familiarity with dialers, sales engagement tools, and CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close is preferred.
  • Experience calling into more than one industry or buyer type is preferred.
