Description

  • Generate new business pipeline through outbound and inbound prospecting via email, calls, and LinkedIn.
  • Qualify leads by understanding prospect challenges and communicating the initial value of the company’s solutions.
  • Schedule meetings between decision-makers and the account executive team.
  • Maintain CRM records and sales data in tools such as HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to improve campaigns based on conversion KPIs.
  • Support market development in Spain and Europe from a remote role.
  • Contribute to pipeline generation from scratch as the company’s first SDR.

Requirements

  • Prior experience using CRM systems and prospecting tools.
  • Ability to understand and simplify complex technology solutions.
  • Strong commercial mindset with clear goal and metric orientation.
  • High resilience and persistence in a sales environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive and autonomous work style with disciplined lead follow-up.
  • Intermediate English or higher (B2+) preferred.
  • Knowledge of electronic signature, digital identity, or cybersecurity is a plus.
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other advanced prospecting tools is a plus.

Benefits

  • Remote work arrangement.
  • Monthly compensation of $100 - $800.
  • Full-time position.
  • Monday to Thursday schedule from 9:00 to 19:00 CET with a lunch break.
  • Friday schedule from 8:00 to 14:00 CET, allowing an early start to the weekend.
