Description

  • Write the narratives and documents that support Anduril’s business development and proposal efforts.
  • Support managers and senior managers in pursuing long-term opportunities through proposals, white papers, and related materials.
  • Coordinate content development for white papers, product and company information, quotes, and proposals.
  • Develop familiarity with Advanced Effects products and capabilities to represent the portfolio accurately in proposal materials.
  • Support process improvement projects and other cross-functional initiatives.
  • Maintain a content library of prose, briefs, and graphics for use across the business.
  • Coordinate with engineering counterparts to accurately represent Anduril’s technology to prospective customers.
  • Set up and maintain proposal infrastructure in tools such as Salesforce, SharePoint, and Slack, and coordinate reviews and approvals.
  • Collect and organize data and supporting materials such as past performance information, resumes, and graphics for proposal efforts.
  • Support proposal work in classified environments and handle classified materials in accordance with security protocols.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in government contracting or defense contracting is required.
  • Experience related to U.S. Government contracting in functions such as finance, engineering, project management, or contracting is acceptable.
  • Familiarity with cost accounting principles, pricing methodologies, and Excel is required.
  • Excellent writing and critical analysis skills are required.
  • Ability to synthesize large amounts of information into a coherent and convincing narrative is required.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and drive work to completion are required.
  • Comfort working with multiple disciplines, including design, engineering, program management, supply chain, and finance, is required.
  • U.S. Person status and active SECRET clearance are required.
  • Willingness and ability to work in classified environments are required.
  • TOP SECRET clearance is preferred.
