Description

  • Conduct high-volume outbound outreach through phone calls, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Engage prospects in conversations to assess fit and build interest in the services offered.
  • Qualify leads against the Ideal Customer Profile before handing them off to Business Development Managers.
  • Book discovery calls and initial appointments that feed the sales pipeline.
  • Research prospects and build targeted lists aligned with the Ideal Customer Profile.
  • Maintain accurate and current lead data across active outreach sequences and CRM records.
  • Prioritize outreach using trigger signals and Business Development Manager pipeline needs.
  • Log outreach activity, outcomes, and next steps consistently.
  • Flag data gaps and list quality issues proactively.
  • Test messaging and sequence variations and share learnings with the GTM team.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in an SDR, BDR, or similar outbound sales role.
  • Experience selling staffing, recruiting, or offshore hiring services is highly desirable.
  • Strong comfort with phone-based outreach and high-volume calling.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools and maintaining clean, accurate data.
  • Self-directed and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a less-defined environment.
  • A mindset that treats failed sequences as data for iteration and improvement.
  • Full proficiency in English.
  • Ability to work a standard 40-hour fixed schedule in a fully remote setup.
