Description

  • Identify, contact, and generate interest among hospitals, clinics, and nursing homes.
  • Present the platform and communicate its value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Lead the onboarding and activation process for new facilities.
  • Build relationships with decision-makers in the healthcare sector.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects until activation is completed.
  • Manage and document outreach activity in the CRM.
  • Meet and exceed activity KPIs, including calls, follow-ups, and activations.
  • Contribute to business growth through a mix of sales, recruiting, and customer success activities.

Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B outreach, healthcare sales, or facility recruiting.
  • Experience engaging with decision-makers and presenting solutions.
  • Strong understanding of commercial processes, lead generation, and follow-up management.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, or Instantly AI, or similar platforms.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • High resilience, autonomy, and results orientation.
  • Healthcare or facility recruiting experience is a non-negotiable priority.
  • Availability to work full-time, remotely, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST / 10:00 AM–7:00 PM Argentina.
