Description

  • Develop and execute marketing automation and RevOps strategies for clients.
  • Recommend optimizations and conduct audits of marketing systems and processes.
  • Advise clients on account-based marketing (ABM), lead nurturing programs, and campaign strategy.
  • Guide clients on lead scoring models, lead routing, and lead lifecycle stages.
  • Support campaign execution and reporting, including first-touch, last-touch, and multi-touch attribution.
  • Maintain clean, organized, and scalable data structures across Salesforce, Marketo, and related platforms.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to implement custom objects, integrations, and automation workflows.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, performance, and ROI across marketing and sales systems.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in Marketing Automation, RevOps, or a related role.
  • Familiarity with marketing operations best practices, including lead lifecycle, lead scoring, nurture programs, and attribution.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software, especially Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Working knowledge of marketing automation software, including HubSpot, Marketo, and Salesforce.
  • Agency experience is preferred.
  • Additional tool knowledge such as ZoomInfo, Apollo, Clay, Default, or LeanData is preferred.
  • Experience in a client-facing role and ability to act as a trusted strategic partner.
  • Strong experience with Marketo, HubSpot, and Salesforce, with comfort advising on both technical and strategic decisions.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with cross-departmental experience.

Benefits

  • Remote contractor position.
  • $40–80 per hour USD pay rate.
  • Anticipated 5–10 hours per week to start.
