Description

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for active co-development accounts and maintain visibility into each client’s goals, structure, and engagement status.
  • Build trusted relationships with contacts at multiple levels, from production teams to senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Maintain client satisfaction through regular check-ins and structured feedback loops.
  • Monitor account health and identify early warning signs across active engagements.
  • Partner with Production Leads to track project status, quality, and relationship risks.
  • Proactively surface, mitigate, and escalate issues while keeping client confidence intact.
  • Set and pursue quarterly growth targets for existing accounts by identifying expansion opportunities.
  • Grow current engagements by uncovering additional scope, new service lines, and adjacent projects.
  • Collaborate with the Head of BD when accounts expand into new service areas or require business development support.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare regular account status reports covering satisfaction, risks, opportunities, and renewals.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in account management, client success, or partner management.
  • Experience in the games industry or in a creative/technical services environment, ideally.
  • A proven track record of growing accounts quarter over quarter with measurable results.
  • Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder client relationships across operational, senior, and executive levels.
  • Background in or strong working knowledge of co-development, game services, or external development.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
  • Strong commercial fluency, including understanding of cost, margin, and scope-change implications.
  • Comfort with difficult conversations with clients and internal teams.
  • Experience using CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Direct experience in co-development, porting, or outsourced art and engineering services is a plus.
  • Existing relationships with publishers, platform holders, or AAA studios in North America or Europe are a plus.
