Description

  • Build and own end-to-end partnership business plans for a portfolio of top-tier ISVs, including GTM strategy, product roadmap alignment, and marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the full lifecycle of Business Applications partnerships from joint business planning through solution development and execution.
  • Develop joint solutions and co-create joint go-to-market plays with CRM/CSM, HCM, Finance, and ERP partners.
  • Drive partner and field enablement so Databricks and partner teams can effectively position and deliver joint offerings.
  • Serve as the internal voice of key partners and collaborate with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to influence roadmap and strategy.
  • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams on integrations and solution development.
  • Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to execute go-to-market motions.
  • Support customers and field teams in realizing the value of Databricks with leading Business Application partners.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product partnerships, business development, or partner management.
  • 5+ years focused on Business Applications or cloud ecosystems.
  • Proven success launching ISV integrations and go-to-market motions in Business Applications with hyperscalers.
  • Deep understanding of Business Application ecosystems, including CRM/CSM, HCM, Finance, ERP, and related workflows.
  • Strong network across Business Application ecosystems and the ability to develop value propositions for technical and business decision-makers.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Business Operations teams.
  • Experience navigating co-opetition dynamics and sensitive partner relationships.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Grit, humility, and the ability to operate in a high-growth, founder-led environment.
  • Experience at a hyperscaler or a leading Business Application ISV is strongly preferred.

  • Equity eligibility as part of total compensation.
  • Base salary range of $178,800-$245,850 USD for Zone 1.
  • Base salary range of $161,000-$221,300 USD for Zone 2.
  • Base salary range of $152,000-$209,000 USD for Zone 3.
