Description

  • Serve as Realtor.com’s senior field representative with national, state, and local Realtor® associations, MLSs, and related organizations.
  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with brokers, agents, association executives, and MLS leaders.
  • Translate industry partnerships into business outcomes that support MLS retention, data coverage, and product adoption.
  • Oversee acquisition, negotiation, licensing, and integration of MLS data to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
  • Drive outreach to MLSs, brokers, and industry partners to secure listing agreements and promote adoption of Realtor.com products and services.
  • Partner with Product, Communications, Marketing, and Legal teams to align industry messaging with business strategy and roadmap.
  • Represent Realtor.com at major real estate conferences and events, including Inman, NAR, CMLS, and Thrive.
  • Lead the Industry Relations Field team, including MLS engagement, field communications, and events strategy.
  • Set a cohesive strategy that improves visibility, credibility, and partner satisfaction across MLS relationships.
  • Manage team operations, including coaching, onboarding, resources, administrative tasks, travel approvals, expense reports, sponsorship budgets, and performance reviews.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in real estate, proptech, or MLS/association leadership roles.
  • Deep knowledge of MLS operations, governance, and data licensing.
  • Proven experience building trusted industry relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong public speaking and media presence, including experience with panels and keynotes.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders, policymakers, and industry leaders through strategic thinking.
  • Analytical ability to assess competitor activity, industry shifts, and regulatory risks.
  • Bachelor’s degree, MBA, or equivalent experience.
  • Ability to work independently from a remote location and provide a dedicated office space, phone, and internet connection.
