Description

  • Act as the main liaison between internal teams and technology partners on active contracts and projects.
  • Translate partner objectives and programs into clear technical requirements for engineering and data teams.
  • Provide regular status visibility and accurate progress reports to partners.
  • Organize and track the post-contract lifecycle of software and data projects, ensuring scope, deadlines, and delivery quality.
  • Support the ideation of technical solutions for business opportunities and identify the internal experts needed to move them forward.
  • Anticipate risks, remove operational blockers, and maintain smooth information flow between technical operations and strategic partners.
  • Help assess technical feasibility and align proposed initiatives with the right internal teams and capabilities.
  • Escalate issues and concerns to leadership when needed to protect delivery and program outcomes.

Requirements

  • Experience or strong knowledge of technology environments, including market tools, cloud, architectures, data pipelines, and access/security governance.
  • Ability to translate between technical language and business language for executives, clients, partners, and developers.
  • Proven project and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple complex projects at the same time.
  • Senior-level influence and leadership skills to mobilize teams without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Executive presence, resilience, and confidence to manage deadlines, negotiate with partners, identify bottlenecks, and escalate issues appropriately.
  • Ability to evaluate technical feasibility at a high level, even without coding hands-on.
  • Experience engaging cross-functional teams such as engineering, data, and support areas.
  • Strong communication skills for building alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
