Description

  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Account Management and sales leadership.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, customer appointments, and other sales-related events.
  • Track deliverables for key projects and follow up on outstanding items, escalating delays when needed.
  • Review Salesforce pipelines and summarize key activity for the Director of Sales.
  • Support bids, tenders, and RFP calendar management, including deadline tracking and marketing coordination.
  • Prepare and manage sales reports, data entry, and customer information/feedback records.
  • Organize and support national sales meetings and commercial/sales outings, including vendor research and analysis.
  • Coordinate communication across teams and help manage task delegation and prioritization within Salesforce.
  • Evaluate existing procedures, identify gaps between departments, and help develop new SOPs.
  • Conduct ad hoc research and handle additional executive calendar and email management tasks.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of B2B sales experience or sales support experience.
  • Experience building strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy work environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and precision in daily work.
  • Excellent data management skills using Excel and Salesforce.
  • Highly competent in using ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to build and improve administrative systems.
  • Self-starter who can work autonomously.
  • Experience supporting sales operations, CRM tracking, or reporting is preferred.
