Description

  • Manage end-to-end programs and projects from planning through execution and delivery.
  • Support initiatives that improve customer retention, renewals efficiency, and expansion outcomes.
  • Coordinate across Renewals, Customer Success, Customer Support, and Professional Services to execute cross-functional programs.
  • Partner with stakeholders and operational teams to track progress and resolve execution challenges.
  • Translate business requirements into project plans, timelines, milestones, and stakeholder updates.
  • Define and track success metrics for projects and programs.
  • Identify process gaps and operational inefficiencies across post-sales workflows and support improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain program documentation, timelines, and status reporting to ensure transparency and execution discipline.
  • Support development of business cases by gathering inputs, documenting expected outcomes, and tracking assumptions.
  • Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams such as Sales Operations, Finance, and Corporate Technology to support operational continuity.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in program management, project management, operations, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives involving multiple operational teams.
  • Experience supporting post-sales operations within a SaaS or technology-driven organization is preferred.
  • Advanced level of English.
  • Technical writing and project management experience is a bonus.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Confluence is a bonus.
  • Ability to solve complex problems through data analysis is a bonus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills are a bonus.
  • Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner while maintaining awareness of broader business objectives is a bonus.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines, multitask, and drive initiatives to completion is a bonus.
