Description

  • Lead end-to-end ownership of the RFP and RFI process from intake and scoping through resource coordination, compliance review, and final submission.
  • Manage timelines across active proposal, pitch, and enablement workstreams, setting milestones, flagging risks, and holding contributors accountable to deadlines.
  • Drive purchase order adherence across proposal workflows in line with procurement requirements in client and internal systems.
  • Allocate resources across concurrent RFP, pitch, and enablement workstreams based on team capacity and pipeline demand.
  • Own and maintain the Global Rate Card Database, RFI database, and RFP database with accurate version control, compliance, and access management.
  • Maintain Salesforce data quality across sales opportunities tied to proposal activity and enforce consistent entry standards.
  • Own client-facing deliverables including MSA submission forms, compliance documentation, rate cards, creative tests, RFP decks, pitch decks, and video assets.
  • Enforce quality control across all deliverables to ensure accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance before submission.
  • Curate and govern the Content Library so sales assets remain current, correctly tagged, and easy to access globally.
  • Track budget burn across active proposal workstreams and produce weekly RAG status reports for senior stakeholders.
  • Lead stakeholder coordination across complex submissions involving sales, creative, legal, and finance, including status meetings and ongoing follow-up.
  • Support compliance tracking to ensure adherence to client requirements, internal governance standards, and Brandtech Group policies.

Requirements

  • Solid experience in sales operations, bid management, proposal management, or sales enablement within a professional services, creative agency, consulting, or technology environment.
  • Demonstrated ownership of end-to-end RFP or bid processes in a high-volume, enterprise B2B sales environment.
  • Strong project management capability with the ability to run multiple concurrent workstreams against competing deadlines.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, including opportunity management, data standards, reporting, and process adherence.
  • A track record of improving CRM hygiene across sales teams.
  • Experience managing proposal or content databases using Loopio, Responsive (RFPIO), Seismic, Highspot, or equivalent platforms.
  • Familiarity with rate card structures, budget tracking, and commercial data management in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a track record of maintaining quality standards across high-stakes, client-facing deliverables.
  • Experience working with MSA structures, procurement processes, and compliance requirements in complex enterprise sales contexts.
  • Ability to produce RAG reporting and present project status clearly and confidently to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to brief, align, and hold cross-functional contributors accountable without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Notion.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of how proposal and enablement operations connect to win rates, deal velocity, and revenue growth.
  • A systems mindset focused on building scalable processes rather than workarounds.
  • Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools to improve operational efficiency and output quality, such as drafting proposal content, summarising RFP requirements, or accelerating research.
  • Experience designing AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual effort and improve consistency across deliverables.
  • Ability to train others on effective AI tool usage within a sales operations or enablement context.
  • Agentic thinking applied to complex, multi-step challenges and high-pressure workstreams.
  • Strong understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, with rigorous human oversight on all client-facing content.
