Description

  • Own the end-to-end client acquisition lifecycle, including lead intake, qualification, scheduling, consult, retainer, and follow-up workflows.
  • Map and document current-state workflows across Sales, Enablement, and Intake.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert on how systems and processes operate across the department.
  • Analyze workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and manual work.
  • Design and implement scalable, standardized processes and automation across the department.
  • Define data structure, tracking standards, and reporting architecture across the sales funnel.
  • Develop reporting frameworks and partner with stakeholders to execute dashboards and data outputs.
  • Analyze funnel performance and identify drop-off points and root causes to improve conversion.
  • Partner with Sales Enablement, Client Intake, Sales Training, and Sales Operations to align system design, workflow execution, and reporting.
  • Recommend and implement system and process improvements that can be supported through training and execution.

Requirements

  • Remote-first role requires the ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a productive home workstation during normal business hours.
  • 4–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Process Improvement, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Proven experience designing and improving workflows and systems in complex operational environments.
  • Strong experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clio, or similar systems.
  • Experience defining reporting structures, data frameworks, and performance metrics.
  • Experience with automation tools and workflow design.
  • Experience in high-volume sales, intake, or service-based environments.
  • Background in process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma preferred.
  • High-level knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, and Zoom Conferencing Technology.

  • Salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 for CA/WA, with final pay based on experience, location, and other job-related factors.
