Description

  • Serve as the primary Revenue Operations partner to Professional Services and Partnerships leadership.
  • Define and operationalize strategies to improve services attach rates, deal velocity, win rates, and partner-sourced or partner-influenced pipeline.
  • Support annual planning, capacity modeling, and coverage design for services and partner motions.
  • Drive operating rhythms such as QBRs, forecasting cadences, and pipeline reviews.
  • Establish forecasting frameworks for services demand and partner contribution.
  • Build visibility into key performance metrics for Professional Services and Partnerships.
  • Develop standardized dashboards that improve accountability and transparency.
  • Design and optimize workflows for sales-services integration and partner lifecycle management.
  • Ensure Services is embedded early in the sales cycle to improve win rates and reduce implementation friction.
  • Own systems strategy for Salesforce, PSA tools, and PRM systems to support services and partnerships operations.
  • Define clean attribution models for partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
  • Design and manage incentive structures for services and partnerships teams.
  • Establish frameworks for services packaging, partner tiering, incentives, and ROI measurement.
  • Partner with Finance to ensure strong unit economics and efficient use of services and partner channels.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy.
  • Direct experience supporting Services as an attach or support function within a SaaS or technology business.
  • Direct experience supporting complex partner ecosystems, including SIs, resellers, and/or technology alliances.
  • Strong understanding of deal-based services models, including scoping, attach, and delivery alignment.
  • Strong understanding of partner motions, including co-sell, channel, alliances, and attribution complexity.
  • Experience with Salesforce, PSA, PRM, and BI tools.
  • Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Services, CS, and Partnerships.
  • Strong analytical and executive communication skills.
  • Experience with services capacity and delivery visibility tools is preferred.
  • Experience designing incentive structures and attribution frameworks is preferred.

  • Base salary range of $157,500 to $205,000.
