Description

  • Develop and execute growth strategies tied to business metrics to drive revenue growth, cost savings, and profitability.
  • Increase the territory client base and expand the regional book of business to meet annual targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing clients, key stakeholders, and prospective accounts.
  • Create and manage a customer call strategy using Salesforce as the primary CRM tool.
  • Travel within the designated territory to meet customers and assess prospects.
  • Present Daniels’ product and service offerings and value proposition to multiple levels within target accounts.
  • Prepare business proposals that highlight Daniels’ competitive advantage and value proposition.
  • Collaborate on drafting and reviewing client contracts and participate in contract negotiations.
  • Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify business opportunities and assess business impact.
  • Produce territory performance reports and support portfolio management, upsell opportunities, and sales strategy refinement.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience.
  • Experience selling into the Dialysis Market or the Clinic / Diagnostic Laboratory Market.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience designing and implementing business development strategies.
  • Strong conflict resolution capabilities.
  • Proven ability to negotiate.
  • Hospital services or related service industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong presentation skills and confidence in value-based selling.
  • Outstanding computer skills, including Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to travel approximately 30% of the time.
  • Self-motivation and the ability to motivate a team.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $87,019 - $131,073 per year.
  • Annual performance bonus may be included.
  • Benefits package available.
  • Additional incentive compensation plans may be available.
  • Remote role based anywhere in North America.
