Description

  • Build and maintain prospect lists across target industries.
  • Research businesses with upcoming campaigns, expansions, or marketing initiatives.
  • Conduct outbound cold calls and LinkedIn prospecting to decision-makers.
  • Develop, manage, and follow up on email outreach sequences.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities and book meetings for the founder.
  • Maintain CRM accuracy, pipeline hygiene, and repeatable outbound sales processes.
  • Manage the company LinkedIn page and support the founder’s personal brand.
  • Plan and optimize paid lead generation campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads.
  • Manage social media, content calendars, marketing copy, and creative assets across both businesses.
  • Update website content, create landing pages, support SEO, and improve conversion rates.
  • Develop marketing automation workflows, nurture campaigns, and lead follow-up sequences.
  • Prepare weekly performance reports on leads, meetings, traffic, ROI, and recommendations.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of digital marketing or growth marketing experience.
  • Experience with B2B lead generation, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling, or appointment setting.
  • Experience using Meta Ads Manager, social media management tools, email marketing, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics (GA4), SEO fundamentals, copywriting, and marketing analytics.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
  • Confident English communication skills and comfort working with business owners and senior stakeholders.
  • Experience with Google Ads (preferred).
  • Experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Clay, GoHighLevel, Lusha, Waalaxy, or Dux-Soup (preferred).
  • Experience with WordPress, Elementor, ChatGPT, or Claude (preferred).
