Description

  • Meet or exceed assigned sales quota within each fiscal period.
  • Develop territory, strategic account, and close/win plans to support quota attainment.
  • Sell into the assigned region with a clear understanding of the ICP and buyer personas.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by recommending solutions that address customer business challenges and objectives.
  • Generate demand through outbound calls, emails, and company campaigns to create qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain planning tools and participate in cross-functional discussions, deal reviews, and executive engagement.
  • Forecast pipeline opportunities accurately and maintain week 8 forecasts within a 10% margin.
  • Demonstrate the product in alignment with prospect pain points and communicate Cyara’s value proposition.
  • Address competitor objections and use negotiation, trading, and discounting tactics to close deals.
  • Secure contract agreements and purchase orders while proactively escalating risks or blockers to management.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of proven SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience selling into Fortune 500-1000 organizations through complex, consultative sales cycles.
  • Experience selling at the C-level.
  • Strongly preferred experience in UCaaS, CCaaS, telecommunications, customer experience platforms, or contact center technologies.
  • Experience in B2C CCaaS is a big bonus.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar systems.
  • Solid technical acumen to translate product strengths into business benefits.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate globally and contribute to team success.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
  • Comfort with an entrepreneurial, fast-paced sales environment.
