Description

  • Own the Japan growth strategy for Evaluator acquisition, aligning targeting and country-level goals with global priorities.
  • Localize global playbooks for Japanese platforms, culture, and applicable guidelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify, prioritize, and test new acquisition channels (e.g., campus programs, communities, influencers, niche platforms).
  • Design and run multi-channel acquisition campaigns (online, offline, social, partnerships) and lead social recruiting on LINE, Instagram, TikTok, and other local platforms.
  • Build and manage university, travel, and auto community programs to source qualified Evaluators.
  • Own funnel management from first touch to qualified Evaluator: diagnose drop-offs, run A/B tests, and optimize targeting, messaging, offers, sequencing, and timing.
  • Manage channel performance and budgets, optimizing for volume, quality, and cost per qualified lead.
  • Define, track, and report core acquisition KPIs; maintain dashboards and campaign reports and translate data into concrete actions.
  • Use CRM/marketing tools to structure outreach, automations, and follow-ups, and build repeatable playbooks and documentation for scale.
  • Partner with Operations and Growth & Engagement teams to ensure smooth handover and to share funnel insights; write recruiting and marketing materials in English and Japanese.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 3+ years in growth, recruiting, or community engagement in Japan with demonstrable ownership of targets.
  • Native-level Japanese and strong business English (written and spoken).
  • Hands-on experience in at least two of: university/campus recruiting; gig/platform or marketplace recruiting; influencer/social media campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort with funnel metrics, campaign reporting, and running structured A/B tests.
  • Practical experience with CRM and marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) and familiarity with outreach/automation workflows.
  • Experience with design tools (e.g., Canva) and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Bard).
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, own channel performance, and produce scalable processes and playbooks.
