Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for GTM and G&A roles, including sourcing, interview coordination, and closing offers.
  • Facilitate a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through final decision.
  • Build relationships and work closely with hiring managers and interviewers across the company.
  • Partner with the People team on headcount planning and equitable hiring strategy.
  • Collaborate with Talent team leaders to develop efficient and scalable recruiting processes.
  • Help manage ongoing recruiting programs such as referrals and onboarding.
  • Use creative sourcing strategies to attract new team members.
  • Recruit with long-term hiring needs and company growth in mind.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with in-house experience required.
  • Strong preference for experience supporting GTM and G&A hiring.
  • Startup environment experience and/or experience in cloud-based HCM or cloud-based SaaS sales is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, time management, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience building strategic partnerships with hiring teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Track record of developing strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates.
  • Ability to generate a high-quality candidate pipeline under tight timelines.
  • Experience with recruiting metrics and using data to guide decisions and strategy.
  • Interest in improving candidate experience through processes and initiatives.
  • Dedication to diversity and inclusion values.
  • Experience and enthusiasm for using new and emerging AI tools in daily workflow is expected.
  • Experience with Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.
  • Technical recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Must be able to maintain work authorization without employer sponsorship; immigration sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Remote eligible within the USA, but not eligible to be performed in Hawaii.
