Description

  • Prospect existing customers with the highest growth potential within an assigned account base.
  • Meet or exceed sales quotas and performance metrics by identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Develop account strategies to uncover additional opportunities in current accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and decision-making processes to recommend and close appropriate business solutions.
  • Use Salesforce and communication platforms to manage pipeline and close business.
  • Partner with Field Sales and Customer Care to strengthen customer relationships and resolve account issues.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain knowledge of competitive markets and sales techniques.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • At least 2 years of demonstrated success exceeding sales quotas in recurring revenue-based services.
  • Proven track record of driving incremental revenue through high outbound selling activity.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with prompt follow-up.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to generate creative solutions to meet client needs.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Familiarity with prospecting databases such as D&B, ZoomInfo, or Apollo is a plus.
  • Experience in B2B or food and beverage sales is a plus.
  • Competitive, aggressive sales mindset with a desire to succeed and win.

Benefits

  • Base salary of $40,000–$45,000 depending on experience.
  • First-year on-target earnings of $90,000–$110,000+ with uncapped commission.
  • $5,000 per month ramp support for the first 6 months.
