Description

  • Research brands, identify prospects, and build targeted lead lists aligned with the ideal customer profile.
  • Run high-volume daily outbound phone outreach to connect with brands and identify relevant points of contact.
  • Execute multi-touch outbound sequences across phone, email, and social platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn.
  • Clearly communicate the company’s influencer advertising solutions and value proposition to prospects.
  • Set qualified meetings for Account Executives and help advance deals early in the sales pipeline.
  • Track outreach activity in the CRM and consistently hit weekly and monthly targets.
  • Attend weekly sales and internal meetings and support the broader sales organization.
  • Conduct industry and client research, including past and current campaigns, ad spend, and agency relationships.
  • Maintain internal documents, trackers, and sales materials, and help coordinate workflow and deadlines.
  • Assist with client meetings by scheduling, preparing agendas and materials, taking notes, and sending recaps.

Requirements

  • 1–4 years of BDR, SDR, or outbound lead generation experience, preferably in an agency or marketing environment.
  • Experience in influencer marketing, paid social, creator partnerships, or PR sales preferred.
  • Comfortable making 50+ outbound calls per day in a phone-first prospecting role.
  • Experience running digital outbound sequences through LinkedIn, email automation, or similar tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for both internal and external communication.
  • Self-starter with competitive energy and an interest in growing into a closing role.
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and consistently hit KPIs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience working with advertising clients to understand business models, campaign objectives, and strategy development.
  • Able to work remotely, independently and collaboratively, and manage live documents and action items on tight deadlines.
  • Must be located in the US and able to work PST hours.
  • Nice to have familiarity with G Suite, CRM and PM tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Monday, and Slack, as well as outbound automation platforms like Apollo, Outreach, and SalesLoft.
  • Previous media, entertainment, publisher, talent, or agency experience is preferred.
