Description

  • Build and execute repeatable sales programs across multiple geographies and entities on a quarterly basis.
  • Develop a net-new GTM motion for horizontal security products across industry verticals.
  • Identify and advance new AI-driven use cases for the Databricks platform.
  • Assess operational gaps in the Cybersecurity GTM motion and lead data-driven improvement plans.
  • Partner with sales and pre-sales teams to create account-level plans.
  • Scale GTM expertise through enablement, repeatable assets, and clear strategy communication.
  • Advise strategic customer security executives on security operations transformation and AI readiness/governance.
  • Work with partner teams to develop relationships with systems integrators and joint sales motions.
  • Collaborate with marketing to produce thought leadership content, events, case studies, collateral, blogs, and demand generation plans.
  • Support field enablement so teams can have executive-level cybersecurity conversations without direct involvement.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience as a cybersecurity executive at a leading cybersecurity software company or consulting firm.
  • Proven sales program management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive change across large organizations and influence cybersecurity decision-making.
  • Builder mentality with experience using AI to automate and augment GTM motion.
  • Strong customer-facing presence with CISO, IT, and business leaders.
  • Ability to cultivate executive relationships across the cybersecurity space.
  • Strong knowledge of the cybersecurity technical landscape and existing relationships in the space.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and inspire others.
  • Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel for conferences and internal meetings.

Benefits

  • Base salary range of $308,700 to $424,500 USD, depending on location and candidate factors.
