Description

  • Engage and qualify a high volume of inbound and outbound leads to move prospects through the sales process.
  • Respond promptly to inbound prospects in accordance with established SLAs and prioritize qualified opportunities.
  • Create sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives based on qualification criteria.
  • Research new accounts, identify key personas, build contact lists, and run targeted outreach and cold campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate activity records in Salesforce and follow the lead-to-opportunity process.
  • Consistently meet or exceed meeting quota to support territory revenue and growth goals.
  • Collaborate with Area VPs and Account Executives, including joining customer meetings as needed.
  • Partner with marketing to improve lead quality, conversion rates, and pipeline generation.
  • Share feedback with sales leadership to refine messaging and improve outreach effectiveness.
  • Thrive in a remote-first environment and apply sound judgment when using AI.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of previous prospecting experience.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach.io, and ZoomInfo.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business and technical acumen.
  • Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to understand customer needs.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity is a bonus.
  • Experience working in a startup environment is a bonus.
  • Must be located in the Pacific or Mountain Time Zone.
  • Remote work is required, with no expectation to work from a Censys office.

  • On-target earnings of $105,000 to $130,000 USD per year for candidates in high cost of living areas, or $90,000 to $110,000 USD in other locations.
