Description

  • Provide effort estimates and solution proposals for client requirements, including support for sales-oriented conversations.
  • Present solution options to client business stakeholders and participate in technical discovery sessions.
  • Lead solution design, development, and implementation to deliver client projects on time, on budget, and with high quality.
  • Create prototypes and proofs of concept to support rapid learning, validation, and iteration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partners throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Refine delivery processes and practices to improve team satisfaction, client contentment, and delivery excellence.
  • Research emerging technologies and identify vendors and resources aligned with client technical strategies.
  • Share knowledge and mentor peers and client staff to support future growth.
  • Build production-ready full-stack solutions, including web UI, APIs, backend, data modeling, CI/CD, and deployment automation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of industry experience.
  • Experience in client-facing, consultative roles in an agency or business consulting environment.
  • Strong full-stack development experience, including REST APIs, backend systems, database modeling, CI/CD, web UX/UI, HTML/CSS, and mobile-responsive design.
  • Broad programming experience with technologies such as NodeJS, JavaScript, SQL, C#, Java, Swift, and Kotlin.
  • Experience with React or Vue for web UI, plus associated tooling such as Webpack.
  • Experience with SaaS and cloud-based solutions, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Experience with RabbitMQ, MongoDB, ExpressJS, and other databases.
  • Ability to design and develop highly reliable, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Proficiency in automated testing and unit testing.
  • Experience with Docker/container technologies and infrastructure as code.
  • Familiarity with ALM tools such as Jira, TeamCity, TFS, and Git.
  • Understanding of agile principles, including scrum and backlog management.
  • Strong presentation, communication, requirements gathering, and technical/non-technical documentation skills.
  • Proficiency with Linux or macOS command-line tools and Bash shell scripting.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, systems management, another engineering discipline, or equivalent field experience.
  • Preferred experience with cloud-first solutions, mobile technologies like Flutter and React Native, advanced DevOps and cloud CI/CD, Ansible, and test-driven design.
