Description

  • Lead the Coupa Pay Customer Success team to help customers achieve success metrics and adoption goals.
  • Own customer success strategies that accelerate Coupa Pay usage and transactional volume growth.
  • Drive transaction revenue growth and gross renewal rates across the Coupa Pay module portfolio.
  • Act as an executive liaison across partner operations to support onboarding, adoption, and customer growth.
  • Use data-driven analysis to prioritize portfolio focus and identify high-impact opportunities for volume expansion.
  • Advise CFOs, Treasurers, and CPOs at Fortune 500 companies on digital payment transformation and treasury management.
  • Leverage AI and customer data to identify churn risk, recommend interventions, and uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Represent Coupa Pay in executive sales engagements and industry conversations to validate the platform’s value proposition.
  • Connect Sales, Product, Pay Partner, Delivery, and Support teams to align customer feedback with the product roadmap.
  • Mentor and scale a global Customer Success organization, including defining KPIs and operational rigor.
  • Support strategic relationships with banking partners, payment networks, and payment service partners.
  • Serve as the executive escalation point for customer concerns related to Coupa Pay.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of leadership experience in Customer Success, Sales, or Professional Services in Fintech, Global Payments, or Enterprise SaaS.
  • Proven track record leading post-sales, customer-facing organizations.
  • Deep knowledge of the global payments landscape, including ACH, Virtual Cards, Cross-Border FX Payments, Supplier Networks, and Working Capital solutions.
  • Experience navigating the transition from legacy ERP-initiated payments to modern cloud-based payment systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to use AI to streamline executive reporting, cross-functional communication, and strategic deliverables.
  • Strong understanding of the SaaS business model, with emphasis on net retention and transactional expansion.
  • Familiarity with the Coupa ecosystem or comparable enterprise platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, or Ariba.
  • Ability to translate technical payment complexity into clear, ROI-driven business outcomes.
  • Ability to travel globally up to 25% of the time.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
