Description

  • Develop and execute partner marketing plans for AWS and Global Systems Integration Partners that align with business objectives and revenue goals.
  • Create and implement communication strategies for partners and their prospects, including campaigns, newsletters, email sequences, and training materials.
  • Serve as the voice of partners within Coupa by communicating partner needs, feedback, and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop co-branded marketing content such as campaigns, case studies, whitepapers, webinars, and sales enablement materials.
  • Design and implement demand generation programs to produce qualified leads and pipeline through email, digital advertising, and events.
  • Project manage partner marketing initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and measurable results.
  • Act as a liaison to the Partner Organization and events team for internal and external events, supporting partner representation and co-marketing execution.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on partner marketing performance and use insights to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with alliances, sales, product marketing, content, and customer marketing teams to maintain consistent partner-facing messaging.
  • Gather market trends, competitor activity, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for improvement within the partner ecosystem.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software, specializing in partner, channel, or alliance marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong cross-functional influence and relationship-building skills with internal teams and external partners.
  • Excellent project and budget management abilities, including handling multiple priorities and optimizing marketing spend.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing automation and CRM tools such as Marketo and Salesforce.
  • Strategic, adaptable, and self-motivated communicator with strong critical thinking skills.
  • Relevant bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience working with strategic partnerships such as AWS or global systems integration partners (preferred).
