Description

  • Lead and scale a distributed global team, setting clear ownership, performance standards, and growth pathways.
  • Build standardized operating processes and workflows that improve clarity, efficiency, and accountability.
  • Plan team growth using pipeline visibility and financial priorities to support expanding recruitment needs.
  • Lead marketing initiatives that improve panel acquisition, participant qualification, and study-level recruitment performance.
  • Develop and test new panel growth channels, including proprietary panel expansion, vendor partnerships, local market activation, social media, owned channels, and referral models.
  • Benchmark industry trends, tools, and acquisition models and translate findings into actionable growth strategies.
  • Partner with Engineering and Product to shape scalable recruitment architecture, onboarding flows, automation logic, and system integrations.
  • Build tracking systems, dashboards, and workflow tools in Google Sheets and Google Suite to reduce manual work and improve visibility.
  • Evolve Pulse Voices from a recruitment database into an engaged B2C community with lifecycle, retention, and brand engagement strategies.
  • Own proposal-stage recruitment planning by providing feasibility assessments, budget projections, timelines, and risk identification.
  • Represent Panel Marketing across the study lifecycle, from scoping through execution, incentive management, and closeout.
  • Manage recruitment budgets, monitor acquisition efficiency, forecast costs, and support hiring or vendor decisions aligned to financial priorities.

Requirements

  • 6-10+ years of experience in marketing, recruitment marketing, performance marketing, or community growth.
  • 2-5+ years of experience leading distributed teams.
  • Strong technical aptitude and comfort collaborating with engineering and product teams.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and the broader Google Suite ecosystem.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms and multi-channel paid and organic acquisition.
  • Strong analytical, forecasting, and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Comfort working fully remote, across global time zones, and in a rapidly evolving environment.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adapt to changing role definitions.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong ownership orientation.
  • Must be based in India and willing to work crucial US hours / late India hours.
