Description

  • Own and execute B2B marketing strategy to generate qualified leads and support partnership growth in healthcare and enterprise segments.
  • Lead planning and execution for priority industry events, including sponsorship selection, booth management, and post-event nurture campaigns.
  • Develop sales enablement assets such as pitch decks, one-pagers, ROI calculators, and tailored proposals.
  • Partner with Sales and business development on account-based marketing campaigns for high-value target accounts.
  • Create data-driven content including white papers, thought leadership pieces, and case studies to build market credibility.
  • Translate product and program capabilities into clear, outcome-focused positioning and messaging for enterprise buyers.
  • Work closely with sales to gather feedback on lead quality and asset performance and improve campaigns based on results.
  • Join sales discovery calls and align with Sales and Product on pipeline bottlenecks and market needs.
  • Establish reporting and optimization processes that track marketing influence on revenue.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in B2B marketing, supporting complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and high-consideration deals.
  • Experience balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution and asset creation.
  • Exceptional writing and messaging skills, with the ability to simplify complex solutions for C-suite and VP-level buyers.
  • Deep experience in sales enablement or field marketing.
  • Fluency with modern CRM and automation tools.
  • Proactive use of AI-enabled workflows to increase output.
  • An iterative, data-informed approach that measures pipeline influence and other meaningful business outcomes.
  • Strong prioritization and judgment in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
  • Experience in healthcare and workforce development is a significant advantage.
  • Must be based in one of the following states: CA, FL, TX, MA, AZ, NY, or IL.
