Description

  • Drive high-quality lead generation across email, webinars, virtual events, content syndication, and other third-party channels.
  • Partner with sales development and marketing operations to help convert leads into qualified pipeline.
  • Execute demand generation programs that support new logo acquisition in North America.
  • Use data and analytics to measure program effectiveness, track KPIs, and report results to stakeholders.
  • Apply a test-measure-learn approach to optimize campaigns and improve performance.
  • Develop and implement lead nurturing programs that move prospects through the buyer’s journey.
  • Work with Integrated Marketing Managers to plan and execute quarterly go-to-market campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Content, Design, Web, and Customer Marketing teams to deliver integrated programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a large SaaS technology company.
  • Strong experience in demand generation or growth marketing and sales processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.com, which are required.
  • Experience with 6Sense is preferred.
  • Experience with Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience with Outreach, ZoomInfo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator is preferred.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and lead projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience working with funnel metrics and improving qualified lead generation and pipeline velocity.
  • Experience marketing to Procurement or Supply Chain personas is highly preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently in ambiguity.
