Description

  • Define and own the growth strategy and roadmap for both self-serve and enterprise products.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customers, the market, and growth levers across the full user lifecycle.
  • Partner with design, engineering, data, sales, and marketing to lead experiments and strategic initiatives.
  • Analyze user behavior, funnel performance, and A/B test results to improve conversion, upgrades, usage, and pricing.
  • Drive company-wide growth initiatives that balance customer value with sustainable business impact.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, including several years in growth-focused roles.
  • Experience with products that have technical complexity and high design craft.
  • Experience with products that have measurable growth impact.
  • Experience with dual self-serve and enterprise growth motions is ideal.
  • Track record of driving cross-functional teams to deliver complex initiatives.
  • Proven ability to turn customer insights into growth strategies.
  • Experience leading discovery work, defining features, and running experiments.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity and work in a highly self-directed manner.
  • Strong focus on balancing product craft with measurable outcomes.
  • A good sense of humor and fit with a quirky, creative culture is preferred.
