Description

  • Own the success of retainer clients and serve as their strategic partner across website initiatives.
  • Manage strategy and performance for a portfolio of 5–6 retainer clients.
  • Run the full strategic loop of ideation, prioritization, execution oversight, and data-driven iteration for client websites.
  • Analyze performance data from SEO, Google Ads, and on-site conversion paths and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Translate website performance findings into a roadmap of website projects.
  • Project manage initiatives involving copywriting, design, and development.
  • Handle client relationships with confidence, poise, and empathy.
  • Collaborate with designers and developers on website structure, page purpose, and execution.
  • Lead meetings and strategic discussions with senior marketing stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience working on and optimizing B2B SaaS websites.
  • Deep technical knowledge of strategy, paid media, SEO, and CRO for tech companies.
  • Client-facing experience and confidence leading meetings with senior marketing stakeholders.
  • Website strategy expertise, including page purpose, structure, and collaboration with designers and developers.
  • Strong copywriting skills, with high-quality output and willingness to use AI tools.
  • Analytics proficiency with GA4, GSC, GTM, and ad platforms.
  • Ability to set up GA4 events or guide development teams on implementation.
  • B2B SaaS experience with site structure, demo/trial funnels, and optimization without high-volume A/B testing.
  • Proactive approach to learning and using AI tools such as Claude for content, analysis, and design concepts.
  • Bias toward action and comfort moving between high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
  • Preferred: experience running A/B testing programs.
  • Preferred: experience with Webflow.
  • Preferred: experience with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Marketo, or Pardot.
  • Preferred: agency experience or managing multiple client accounts.
  • Preferred: experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards such as Looker Studio or Databox.
