Description

  • Conduct strategic research on Fortune 500 and Global 2000 accounts to identify business drivers, technical environments, and opportunities within the ideal customer profile.
  • Map complex organizational structures and identify key stakeholders, from SOC Analysts to CISOs.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with prospects through consistent, value-led outreach.
  • Engage senior decision-makers in consultative conversations about network detection and response and data-driven security.
  • Run multi-channel prospecting through personalized email, social selling, and outbound calling.
  • Qualify inbound MQLs and convert them into strategic meetings.
  • Use the Pain-Power-Fit-Timeline methodology to prioritize opportunities and support handoff to account executives.
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records in Salesforce, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Partner with Field Account Executives and Marketing to build high-value pipeline.
  • Complete onboarding and work closely with the Enablement team to ramp into the role.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of SDR or Inside Sales experience in IT infrastructure solutions or cybersecurity companies.
  • Experience with large account prospecting, including Fortune 1000 accounts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence and professional persistence.
  • Experience with sales productivity tools such as Salesforce, Sales Navigator, and Outreach.
  • Four-year degree from an accredited university or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Basic sales methodology training is preferred for candidates without direct experience.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Consultative approach and comfort engaging technical leaders and executives.
  • Competitive, resilient, analytical, creative, and coachable mindset.

  • Compensation range of $180,000–$214,000 per year.
