Description

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and tactics aligned with broader marketing goals to generate leads, accelerate the sales cycle, and strengthen the brand.
  • Lead lead generation and lead nurturing campaigns across multiple entry points in the marketing and sales funnel.
  • Own, project manage, and implement account-based marketing campaigns to advance priority deals through the pipeline.
  • Define and optimize paid and organic digital marketing channels, including website, email, Google, GEO, LinkedIn, ads, and YouTube.
  • Serve as the liaison between Marketing and Business Development to align expectations, influence decisions, and remove roadblocks.
  • Develop and implement marketing-to-sales pipeline workflows that support lead tracking, nurturing, and advancement.
  • Establish and enforce marketing data management standards within HubSpot CRM to ensure accurate evaluation metrics.
  • Build reporting structures and regular quarterly and annual reports that provide actionable insights on campaigns and performance.
  • Own and optimize marketing and sales software tools, performance standards, and revenue dashboards to guide decision-making.
  • Update the website and improve SEO and GEO performance, including tracking, analysis, and web presence optimization.
  • Advise on and integrate new tools, manage vendor relationships, and oversee self-directed projects and budgets.
  • Support team culture, provide informal mentorship, and assist with hiring and onboarding efforts.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience developing and executing marketing strategies and tactics, including data analysis and reporting.
  • Expertise in digital marketing best practices and current digital analytics toolsets.
  • Experience with CRM software and a demonstrated ability to improve CRM reporting to inform marketing strategy.
  • Track record of success optimizing lead generation, lead advancement, and SEO.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret data to meet goals and inform deliverables.
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools for content generation, segmentation, or automation to drive measurable marketing outcomes.
  • Excellent project management, collaboration, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Alignment with Convergent’s mission and values, with strong interest in the clean energy transition.
  • 5% travel expected, primarily for team events and company-wide meetings.
  • HubSpot CRM experience preferred.
  • Experience with content creation, curation, and syndication is a plus.

  • Base salary range of $145,000 to $160,000, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
